From October 16–18, MBA students took their learning beyond the classroom and into Berlin’s entrepreneurial ecosystem at the Entrepreneurship Summit 2026. Accompanied by Prof. Dr. Erick Behar-Villegas, an entrepreneur himself, and in the framework of the MBA Entrepreneurship Project course, students connected their MBA experience with their own entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship projects. They explored new perspectives on innovation, business creation, and real-world impact.
The Summit brought together inspiring voices from entrepreneurship, technology, and investment. One of its highlights was the opening keynote by Dr. Jeannette Fürstin zu Fürstenberg, President & Managing Director at General Catalyst, alongside Prof. Dr. Günter Faltin, the renowned founder of the Teekampagne. Their discussion explored the future of artificial intelligence, the role of venture capital in driving innovation, and the opportunities shaping Europe’s entrepreneurial future.
For our MBA students, the experience went beyond attending talks. It was an opportunity to challenge assumptions, exchange ideas, connect with entrepreneurs and industry leaders, and gain fresh insights to strengthen their own projects. After all, the best learning happens when theory meets practice, and when you turn inspiration into action.
