Build your foundation for business study. Students complete one year of university-level study before progressing into a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration. Delivered in partnership with Touro University Berlin, the pathway develops academic, analytical, and study skills through courses in writing, mathematics, business, psychology, and history.

Program Outline

International Year One includes introductory courses in academic writing, mathematics, business administration, psychology, and history. Before the program starts, students complete mandatory college writing and math placement exams, which determine the level of math and college writing classes they will take at Touro.

Additional costs include a €1,000 deposit. There is no application fee. Non-EU students may be asked to provide evidence of adequate financial resources during the visa application process.

Progression Outcome

Upon successful completion of the International Year One program, students may progress to their chosen Bachelor’s program in Business Administration at Whitecliffe University of Applied Sciences – Berlin International, provided all progression and admission requirements have been met.

Admission Requirements

International Year One is designed for students who qualify for subject-restricted admission to a preparatory course according to the bachelor entrance requirements on the DAAD website.

Applicants should register via the application portal, choose their preferred business degree program, and upload the required documents:

Accepted proof of English for Touro University includes IELTS 6.5 overall, TOEFL iBT 79, PTE Academic 59, Duolingo overall 110, or SAT English exam.
