Erasmus+ at Whitecliffe Berlin

Study, teach, or train across Europe – with the support of the EU's flagship education programme.

Study, teach, or train across Europe

Erasmus+ has powered student mobility across Europe for thirty-five years. Over three million students have already used it to study, teach, train, and live in another European country. Whitecliffe Berlin has been an Erasmus Charter holder since 2015; now our network now spans 27 partner universities across Europe.

For students enrolled at Whitecliffe Berlin or one of our partner universities

Erasmus+ is open to any student enrolled at a partner university, regardless of nationality. If you’re a Whitecliffe Berlin student, you can spend a semester or full year at one of our 27 European partner universities. If you’re enrolled at one of those partners, you can spend the same period studying here in Berlin.

For academic and administrative staff

Erasmus+ Staff Mobility supports both teaching and training visits for university staff. Two formats are available:

Teaching Mobility (STA)

Faculty from Whitecliffe Berlin can travel to a partner university to teach for a short period (minimum 8 hours of teaching over 2 to 60 days). Faculty from partner universities can come to Berlin under the same model. Erasmus+ provides daily allowances and travel grants. Excellent for building cross-institutional research collaborations and adding international voices to your teaching.

Training Mobility (STT)

Administrative staff; anyone working in operations, student services, marketing, IT, finance, library, or international relations, can spend 2 to 60 days at a partner university shadowing colleagues, attending workshops, or running joint projects. Same grant structure as teaching mobility.

How to apply

  1. Identify a partner university where the visit makes sense (must be an Erasmus+ partner of WUAS Berlin).
  2. Discuss the visit with your supervisor and the receiving institution. Agree on dates and content.
  3. Submit a Staff Mobility Agreement to our International Exchange Office at least 6 weeks before travel.
  4. Receive grant confirmation. Travel. Submit a short report on return.
